About THE ROLE
The Wholesale Operations team is ultimately responsible for delivering the highest level of service; ensuring our customers receive their goods on time, every time, and in the most efficient way. The team are essential to the PVH Wholesale business, they are a central point for communication, managing and influencing a wide variety of stakeholders internally and externally in order to deliver operational excellence.

Reporting to the Wholesale Operations Manager, the Account Specialist has full accountability for order book management and shipping against target for independent customer accounts across all brands.
Responsibilities include:
Be the key point of contact for our customers for all operational queriesFacilitate weekly order book management meetings with the Sales team to go through the delivery and financial status of the customer's order bookMonitor the order book in order to meet your company targets and objectives, as well as customer expectationsManage maintenance of customer master dataEnsure all Forward orders placed by the Sales team have been entered correctlyMonitor all orders that come through Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) where relevantEnter and check customer Purchase Orders (POs) where necessary, identifying and reporting any discrepanciesLiaise directly with the warehouse and with the carriers (e.g., DHL, AMG), to ensure that the correct packing, labelling and delivery criteria are followed for all customersWork closely with the warehouse in order to monitor the picking, packing and shipping process for all customersOrganise and monitor all bookings for the customers that require itUpdate and communicate delivery updates on a weekly basisManage and resolve all customer discrepancies on deliveries (e.g., price differences, shortages etc.)Manage all faulty goods queries raised by customersPlace any in-season replenishment orders on behalf of the Sales teamWork closely with the Credit Control department to resolve any credit blocks or limitsEnsure deadlines are met, and general administration is completed as required by the Wholesale Operations Management team About YOU
