  Job Overview

  航空宇宙・防衛産業で要求される小型、軽量、耐環境性などを兼ね備えた高付加価値コネクタや電線、ケーブルアッセンブリのソリューション提案営業と顧客管理を行っていただくお仕事です。

  新規ビジネス獲得やお客様との長期的で良好なリレーション構築の為、顧客特有の様々な要求に対して、海外の製品担当や工場を巻き込み、双方にとって最適な解の模索、創出する事が必要な業務です。

  航空・宇宙・防衛業界特有の知識習得が必要になりますが、身につけたスキルは一生の財産となるでしょう。

  <仕事内容>

  主に航空宇宙および防衛産業のお客様に対するセールス、既存顧客のマネジメント業務を行っていただきます。

  ・担当顧客の満足度を向上させるため、価格、品質、納期全てにおける責任を持った日々の対応。

  ・情報とデータ、根拠に基づく売上計画・予想の作成。

  ・担当顧客においての成長戦略の策定。必要なアクションの整理、情報収集、実行。

  ・戦略製品の知識習得、顧客アプリケーションに対する学習。

  ・「明るい雰囲気を持って」社内各部署と業務の丁寧なコミュニケーション。

  航空機、ロケット、人工衛星、船舶、水中機器など

  What your background should look like:

  <応募資格>

  ・ 学歴: 大卒以上

  ・ 英語: TOEIC 600点以上 (メールベースでの英語使用あり)

  ・ PCスキル (Microsoft Office〔EXCEL、Word、Power Point〕必須)

  ・ 普通自動車運転免許 (顧客訪問および通勤の用途としてリースカーが貸与されます)

  <業務経験>

  必須経験

  ・ B to Bの営業職の経験 (製造業・商社での電子部品・電子機器が望ましい。)

  ・ 常に問題意識を持ち、その解決のための努力を惜しまない姿勢

  ・ 仕事に対してのモチベーションを高く持っており、継続的な努力が出来る

  ・ 社内関係部門を巻き込み、協調性をもって積極的にプロジェクト推進ができる (コミュニケーション能力)

  歓迎経験

  ・ 航空宇宙・防衛業界での営業、技術、FAE経験者

  ・ 電子部品メーカーや商社/代理店での営業もしくは技術/FAE経験がある方

  ・ 電気工学、または機械工学の基礎知識をお持ちの方
