　　Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented 3M Program Manager to join our team in San Diego CA

　　Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

　　Coordinate with Ship’s Maintenance and Material Management (3M) staff in execution of Commander Naval Surface Pacific’s (COMNAVSURFPAC) 3M program for all Naval Surface Force assets worldwide.

　　Provide maintenance and logistics database support for various interfaces to include: PMSMIS, MDS, SCLSIS, CDMD-OA and RADWEB.

　　Provide oversight to the Integrated Class Maintenance Plans (ICMPs), repair standards and guidance documents, and Quality Assurance (QA) program, as they relate to shipboard and shore preventive maintenance.

　　Review all COMNAVSURFPAC bulk loads to ensure that all work candidates/notifications from INSURV, SURFMEPP, C5RA, and various outside inspection teams are valid and correct prior to loading into command databases for brokering and execution.

　　Provide coordination to all CNSP 3M Coordinators onboard DDG, CG, LHA/LHD, LPD, LCC, LCS, MCM, PC, LAWS, FFG-62, ESD/B, un-manned units, and shore-based units.

　　Provide DDG 1000 Maintenance Manager Support.

　　Provide interface and database support for maintenance and logistics databases.

　　Minimum Qualifications: OR Required Qualifications :

　　Ten (8) Years of experience with 3M Maintenance Management

　　Seven (5) years of experience in each of the below areas pertaining to SURFOR's Material, Maintenance and Management (3M) Program to include:

　　Experience Screening, reviewing, and processing of Bulk upload files provided by various entities.

　　ability to resolve problems associated with incomplete loads prior to uploading to a ship's CSMP.

　　Monitoring ship PMS assessments, documenting all findings about the unit and assessment team performance.

　　Completing up-lines, downloads and management of Revised Alternative Dataflow Web (RADWEB)

　　Screening and processing Planned Maintenance Feedback Reports.

　　Interfacing with the Littoral Combat Ship Squadrons and the new ZUMWALT class destroyers with regards to Maintenance Management systems.

　　Providing guidance with creating Advanced Change Notices (ACN)

　　Providing inputs to the staff in the development of policy papers and 3M instructions.

　　Preferred Qualifications: OR Desired Qualifications:

　　Ship’s 3M coordinator experience.

　　Type Commander 3M inspection Team experience.

　　CDMD-OA ISEA Level certification.

　　Clearance Requirements:

　　• Must have a current/active Secret security clearance.

　　Physical Requirements:

　　Sedentary Work, lift and carry 50#

　　Extensive time in stationary position

　　Be able to move around the office

　　Operate office equipment.

　　Be able to communicate professionally with ManTech employees and ManTech clients

　　The person in this position must be capable to go onboard a ship in an operational and industrial environment.

　　Able to climb ladders and go through scuttles onboard vessels.

　　Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

　　Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual.

　　The projected compensation range for this position is $82,400-$137,000. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
