Job Title: Sr. Appian Developer

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities :
Minimum 6 years experience in leading the full lifecycle of Appian Implementation including designing overall application defining application structure testing and Production implementation
Minimum 10 years software development experience
Experience with various Design and integration pattern Process Optimization and Modernization should be focused area Hands on experience on Appian BPM platform primarily on Appian custom plugins SAIL CDT Process and Interface design Understanding of Appian architecture which includes Logging and Engine processing is must Experience with relational databases and SQL scripting Query Optimization and Db Enhancement skills are must Experience translating business process software requirement specifications into Appian process model prototypes and solutions Experience developing and using a library of reusable Appian components that can be demonstrated across processes and workflows Hands on automation of functional and performance testing Appian Certified Lead Developer L3 is a must
Experience with Agile Methodology and mentoring coordinating with team members located in different regions Performing frequent code reviews ensuring quality of the overall delivery
Advance knowledge of Java is a plus Minimum Requirements Degree in Computer Science MIS IT or other related fields 8 10 years of experience in development of enterprise level web applications using an object oriented technology stack 6 years of experience in designing BPM applications Core Competency Requirements
At least 3 4 years of experience in leading a team of developers 6 years with experience in Appian Experience in developing on J2EE platforms RDBMS platforms Oracle MySQL SQL Server
Good logical and analytical reasoning ability Working with offshore team during the development phase Fluent English communication and social skills to interact with customer
