Tradeweb is seeking a highly motivated Vendor Risk Analyst to join our Risk Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our vendor risk management program, providing operational support, performing vendor risk assessments and ongoing vendor risk monitoring, and driving process and technology improvements for the Vendor Risk Management program. This role is key in supporting Tradeweb's businesses in meeting their objectives and ensuring associated supply chain and vendor risks are assessed and managed. Additionally, you will be responsible for follow up with internal and external stakeholders to complete the end-to-end vendor risk screening and assessment process.

　　Job Responsibilities

　　Support the on-going development and enhancement of the Vendor Risk Management Program through collaboration with stakeholders, process improvements, technology and automation Managing the pipeline of incoming prospective vendor engagement requests and work with internal stakeholders to confirm the completeness and accuracy of information, ensure due diligence questionnaires are scoped and sent to vendors, and timely responses are received Coordinate with cross-functional review teams including Cyber Risk, Information Security, Compliance and others to ensure reviews are incorporated into the final Vendor Risk Assessment reports Follow-up with third parties regarding incomplete due diligence information or follow-up questions required to complete assessments Perform risk assessments on prospective and existing vendors in accordance with the firm's Third Party and Vendor Risk Management policy and procedures Monitor any open findings and track findings through to completion Leverage existing tools and processes to conduct periodic and ongoing monitoring of vendors Partner with key stakeholders to implement tools and automation that support effective management and oversight of vendor risk, and mature processes to scale the program Support vendor risk reporting for management and committees, as required

　　Qualifications

　　5+ years' experience in vendor/third party risk management or operational supplier management, preferably in the banking, consulting, financial services or Fintech industry BA/BS degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent experience. Experience performing detailed vendor risk assessments for a large list of vendors and using vendor/third party risk management systems/tools Communicate and present concisely and effectively based on appropriate level of management interaction Understanding in ISO 27001, ISO 27002 Domains, NIST Cyber Security Framework Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint/Excel, reporting tools, Confluence, SharePoint, Asana and other vendor management/GRC tools are preferred Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and set priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience collaborating with other cross-functional teams, such as Cyber Risk, Information Security, Compliance and others to improve vendor risk management processes and systems

The current pay range for this role if performed in the city of New York is currently $80,000 to $125,000 per year, based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of pay offered will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, geographic location, and internal guidelines.
