Value Based/Alternative Payment Models Program Specialist
As a Value Based/Alternative Payment Models Program Specialist, you will be responsible for partnering with team members and external stakeholders to develop, implement, and support healthcare payment models, quality improvement initiatives, and special project models. Contract management duties include accountability for contract metrics, deliverables, or project requirements. In addition, you will be responsible for promoting initiatives to new customers and performing day-to-day project management of assigned programs. This includes the responsibility to mentor and coach team members to expand knowledge and skills.

Essential Functions
Collaborates and/or manages projects with team members and other healthcare professionals to develop, implement, and support healthcare payment models, quality improvement initiatives, and special project models. This may include technical writing and coordinating/developing materials to fund, promote, and support the initiatives.Serves as liaison with internal and external customers to ensure projects, plans, and/or products are completed satisfactorily.Serves as a representative of the Company at external client meetings. Promotes company expertise to prospective clients.Partners with team members and internal/external customers as necessary, to determine and evaluate methods to encourage participation in the quality improvement and/or special project initiatives.Maintains positive relationships with internal and external clients to ensure continued participation.Monitors project expenses to ensure alignment with budget.Requirements
Licensed clinician with at least four year degree in health care or related field and/or equivalent training and/or experience required ie. RN, Social Worker, Pharmacist; Masters degree preferred.8 years experience in health care with an emphasis on health system or clinician office/hospital/ACO, quality reporting programs, community/public health, and project management.Up to 15% local and overnight travel.Experience with value-based models, quality measurement, and project management preferred.Functional PC knowledge.We are unable to consider candidates outside of the United States, candidates in the state of California, or those in US Minor outlying islands and territories.Knowledge of the following healthcare quality principles (Preferred)
