Description: Position Summary

　　Looking for a web user experience designer to implement new tool as part of Climate risk efforts.

　　Creating interactive prototypes that captures key flow through interactive user experiences

　　Collaborate with executives, managers, and peers to refine designs

　　Conducting user research to understand users and Client unmet user needs

　　Research business/design cases for product features and user experience

　　Compellingly communicate your ideas to a wide range of key stakeholders

　　Generate detailed specs of final designs that allow devs to build accurately

　　Collaborate with other UX designers to develop and evangelize EIT Design Pattern Library and work with devs to develop living style guide

　　Work with developers to deliver polished final product

　　Primary Skill: UNIX/SHELL SCRIPTS Required Skills:

　　UX Designers and Visual Designers

　　Web User designer

　　Candidate can present a UX design portfolio that demonstrates design process and UX deliverables

　　Must be self-motivated, a good communicator, a team player, and comfortable following direction

　　Able to balance great design with meeting short deadlines

　　Able to propose design initiatives and manage all aspects of a project from start to finish

　　Ability to build relationships, influence decisions and drive results without direct authority

　　Ability to communicate your ideas to a wide variety of key stakeholders

　　Experience using prototyping tools such as Axure, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator

　　Scripting & Shell Languages UNIX Shell Scripting
