Description:
This person will be responsible for taking tier1 and escalated tickets from the Tier I analysts. This issues will vary but will require more technical knowledge around server related issues:server configurations, remote desktop issues and some virtualization issues as well (they will learn more about this) There will be some basic networking issues in there as well so being able to understand that will be critical. This person must be able to multi-task as well since they will be dealing with various level of issues all at once so understanding and prioritizing that is key. Eventually this person will be on client site providing support for projects and helping to spear head technical advancements with their customers.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Great personality and effective communication are key. Someone who can multi-task and deal with a high pressure environment will excel in this role. They are ideally looking for someone who has certifications as well: CompTIA A+, Net+, Sec+ and Cisco CCENT. Someone who has experience with Cisco products and Microsoft Server as well. This person will need to have an A+ Certification.
