Talent Acquisition Manager - Staff Business Analyst and Product Management

In partnership with your team, you will effectively manage candidates through the recruiting and selection process, provide consulting and guidance to our Talent Acquisition teams and participate in projects that enhance the recruiting experience.
As a Talent Acquisition Manager for the Staff Business Analyst and Product Management team at Capital One, you and your team will effectively manage candidates through the recruiting and selection process, provide consulting and guidance to internal clients and complete projects that enhance the recruiting experience. As a recruiting leader you will be passionate about keeping abreast of trends and innovative recruiting techniques that enable us to be a best-in-class recruitment shop. In this role, you will support the core functions of Capital One’s business in HR, Risk Management, Audit, Finance, Legal and Corporate Strategy as they grow and refine their talent strategy. Our analyst and product leaders chart the course for the future of work across the organization and you and your team will fuel that journey.
Roles and Responsibilities
Client management - working with hiring managers, group or organization leads, campus programs teams, and other key stakeholders to understand recruiting needs and developing strategy to meet hiring goals
Candidate management – helping your team of recruiters in developing and executing sourcing plans to identify and recruit people with skills matching the hiring needs, and creating relationships with candidates to facilitate process and offer accept
Leading a team of recruiters and/ or coordinators
Ad hoc Project work - lead miscellaneous department projects thru project management frameworks
Administrative tasks - Workday, and other recruiting technologies necessary to fulfill on the role

Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 4 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or client consulting OR a combination of the three
At least 2 years of experience in Client Management
Preferred Qualifications
Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification or Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification
5+ years of experience in Corporate Recruiting – full life cycle, research, and sourcing
5+ years of experience in Client Management
2+ years of experience in People Management
Experience in compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiring
