Our Opportunity:
Chewy is looking for a Senior Site Experience Manager to join our team, based in Boston, MA. This is an exciting opportunity to define a site experience vision for Chewy customers for some of the highest traffic pages onsite. You’ll develop a test & learn agenda to maximize the effectiveness of driving awareness of Chewy’s product and services, define event content strategy, and lead site merchandising execution and launch of sitewide events. You’ll also develop a strategic roadmap and work with Product teams to build net new features that grow discoverability and conversion across event pages. The scope of this role will continue to grow and needs a strong visionary leader as we continue to lean into this high-impact area of our business.
What You’ll Do:
Create a “best-in-class” site experience for customer sitewide events
Develop strategic plans and align with stakeholders on improvements to the customer experience, providing a clear roadmap and regular progress updates
Drive utilizing segmentation and scalable content placement
Use web analytics and data to guide ongoing site experience improvements and content optimization that drive awareness and engagement with products and service programs for Chewy sitewide events
Collaborate with product to create & leverage in-flight features or advocated for needed tools to support program success
What You’ll Need:
College degree in business-related field
7+ years work experience, with 2+ years in ecommerce
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively cross-functionally
Demonstrate a data-driven approach to problem solving and prioritization
Ability to think ahead and set plans in motion for future growth needs
Bonus:
MBA
Experience in e-commerce back-end operations and Google Analytics
Familiarity with SQL
Compensation & Benefits:
Our salary range for a Sr. Site Experience Manager position is $110,500 - $176,000. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.

Non-exempt hourly team members in Fulfillment Centers and Customer Service are also eligible for additional unplanned unpaid time off (UTO). Team members will receive six paid holidays per year. Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations.
