GEICO is looking for an accomplished, customer obsessed, and results oriented Senior Manager, Product Management - Technology Enablement to join GEICO's Enable team. As Sr. Manager, Product Management, you will be responsible for forming the product experience, by finding value creating opportunities and driving innovative and sustainable product solutions through technology. S/he will champion a startup mindset and promote agile ways of working to create and deliver differentiated experiences for our customers.
As a part of the Enable team, you will optimize the developer experience through the creation of innovative products and tools that improve developer productivity. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for automation of workflows; and efficiently manage the infrastructure that developers rely on to build, test, and deploy new technology solutions for our customers. The ideal candidate understands technical architecture, developer ecosystems, executes the strategy and roadmap for an amazing developer experience, and gathers requirements across Developer Productivity Engineering including CI/CD, Observability/SRE, and DevOps.

Annual Salary
$128,000.00 - $224,000.00
The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate's work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
