AWS Clean Rooms is a recently launched analytics service that helps customers and their partners more easily and securely analyze their combined datasets—without sharing or revealing underlying data with each other.
We're looking for a Software Development Manager to join AWS Clean Rooms to build scalable solutions that delight customers. You'll work at the intersection of cloud analytics, privacy, and security, to provide customers with a broad set of data controls that help protect sensitive data, including query controls, query output restrictions, query logging, and cryptographic computing tools.

Basic Qualifications
10+ years of engineering experience
5+ years of engineering team management experience
10+ years of planning, designing, developing and delivering consumer software experience
Experience partnering with product or program management teams
Experience managing multiple concurrent programs, projects and development teams in an Agile environment
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and livesite operationsAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $176,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $342,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
