Job Description
Adobe is looking for a Software Engineer to join our Developer Platforms Teams, focusing on Developer Productivity Engineering. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining large-scale enterprise applications using Java, Python, and Go-Lang, as well as CI-CD and DevOps tools and technologies. You will also have the opportunity to work on UI technologies like NodeJS, ReactJS, and TypeScript, and to gain experience in AI/ML and GenAI technologies.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain large-scale enterprise applications using Java, Python, and Go-LangWork with CI-CD, DevOps, Observability, Security tools and technologies to automate the build, test, and deployment processDevelop and maintain UI components and applications using NodeJS, ReactJS, and TypeScriptOpportunity to work on modernized Service Maturity Insights platform and initiativesCollaborate with other engineers and product teams to design and implement new features and functionalityStay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in software development, and apply them to your work
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field3+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on large-scale enterprise applicationsExperience with Java, Python, and Go-LangExperience with CI-CD and DevOps tools and technologiesExperience with UI technologies like NodeJS, ReactJS, and TypeScript (preferred)Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes, DockerStrong working knowledge of modern, continuous development techniques and pipelines (Agile, Kanban, CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, Artifactory)Experience in AI and GenAI technologies (a plus)Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and teamwork skills
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $101,500 -- $194,300 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
