As a Senior Solution Developer, you will receive exposure to all functions and learn the end-to-end mechanics of Acxiom’s business. Daily, you will Integrate Acxiom and third-party software to create solutions to business problems defined by specific business requirements. You will draw upon technical and data processing knowledge to solve marketing and data product problems on very large volumes of data.
Job Description
Consult, Design, develop, test, configure, implement or tune Acxiom or third-party software to support the technical requirements for client accounts. Perform research and troubleshooting on existing solutions to determine root cause analysis and execute necessary code development plans to resolve client issues.
Duties and Responsibilities
Understand requirements to facilitate the design, development, test, or integration of programs and processes for one or more Acxiom client solutions and/or applications. Able to read and interpret application design and functional specifications to write application code.
Develop code / programs to facilitate the automation of multiple data products.
Accurately estimate requirements to develop client solutions within time, and quality standards.
Respond to client/stakeholder issues in a timely manner, prioritizing multiple issue response based on the severity of the case.
Utilize standard /Acxiom development methodologies to ensure solution and data integrity.
Develop / execute unit test cases and tests software applications that fulfill functional specifications for clients. Document/interpret test results and correct application coding errors.
Provides input on functional requirements and leads/presents in code review sessions for technical processing.
Understands Acxiom products and how they are utilized within client solutions.
Modifies databases according to requests and perform tests; solves database performance issues; ensures all database programs meet performance requirements.
Proactively recognizes and communicates areas for innovation and/or improvement. Takes the lead and initiative to identify shortcomings, develops a plan to fix or enhance and see it through to promotion of production.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position does not have direct reports but may mentor less experienced associates in the role.

Qualifications
Required Experience
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
Minimum 2 years relevant industry experience in Information Technology
Self- motivated that can work well individually and within a diverse team environment
Effective communicator with great time management skills
Demonstrated ability to communicate with clients and internal stakeholders with all levels of organization
Excellent multi-tasking skills to work across multiple projects at once
Work Experience leveraging programming languages – Java, JavaScript, JSON, SQL, PL-SQL, C, C++, Shell Scripting, etc.
Linux/Unix Commands, Linux/Unix File Management
Application of Relational Database Principles; Oracle, PostgresSQL or other DBMS
Familiarity with web services API’s
Cloud Experience (AWS,GCP, Azure)
Preferred Experience
Working Knowledge of programming languages - C#, Perl, XML, HTML, Python, PHP, MySQL
Ultra-Edit data editor, BASH
Encryption/Decryption (PGP/GPG, SDMS, GIS)
