  Are you a passionate and driven individual with a knack for transforming a collection of products into a seamlessly cohesive and inspiring suite? We are seeking a passionate career Product Manager to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product portfolio. In this role you will support and lead the design and development of the integration between our HCM and WFM applications. You will help increase satisfaction and reduce time to live for our customers by enhancing the ability for our customers to manage their Pro Workforce Management data more easily within their suite of products.

  This PM will manage the roadmap and ensure each product release is successful by fostering team collaboration, continuous improvement and representing the voice of the customer. You will take responsibility for what features are built, helping the cross functional team of developers, designers, and testers understand vision and priority.

  About the role:

  • Collaborate and align with multiple product and development teams on product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities with a focus on delivering business outcomes

  • Manage the backlog and iteration planning, and elaboration of user stories

  • Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value and aligns with the product strategy

  • Ensure that the team always has enough well-prepared tasks to work on

  • Work closely within the greater product team to ensure there is a sufficient product backlog based on business value

  • Take an active role in addressing impediments that may impact the team's successful completion of release and sprint goals

  • Represent the voice of the customer within the team

  • Keep abreast of our competitors and industry trends

  • Stay updated with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends

  • Provide functional demonstrations of product features

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches

  Qualifications

  About you,

  Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 3+ years of experience in a software product manager role. Proven track record of delivering a roadmap

  • 3+ years’ experience in agile software development environment such as scrum

  • Experienced in customer interactions and is obsessed with delivering value to customers

  Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to navigate complex product issues and create collaborative, cross-functional solutions

  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship skills

  • Strong attention to detail - managing & controlling conference calls, maintaining issues lists and action items, as well as setting appropriate expectations

  • Must be well organized, flexible, and able to work multiple project streams in a fast paced, time sensitive environment

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

  • Strong organizational skills, and the ability to grasp new domains quickly and understand the upstream and downstream effect

  • Ability to work independently to coordinate and implement solutions to complex functional issues

  • Ability to develop collaborative relationships with customers, partners, and developers across the business at all levels

  • Experience in Aha, Pendo, and Jira is a plus

  • Experience delivering HCM and/or WFM software products

  • Experience in Enterprise SaaS offerings, particularly in delivering resilient, scalable solutions
