   The Team

  The Consumer Experience team is responsible for driving an inspiring, engaging, and memorable Calvin Klein & Tommy Hilfiger shopping experience across all consumer touchpoints within the Outlet channel . Building the strategic plan to continue the evolution of an omni-channel physical & digital consumer journey . Leading and defining the ideas and tools in collaboration with all key departments and stakeholders from Europe PVH to the markets. Building an emotional connection between consumer and our brands through elevated storytelling, product and campaign activations, brand events and store services. , B uilding brand awareness, brand loyalty and ultimately driving sales performance and increase all KPI'S.

  The Position

  We are seeking a Senior Manager Visual Merchandising Tommy Hilfiger Outlet, who will strategically connect and collaborate with the Outlet Department, the country Outlet teams and Outlet Center Landlords. In this role you will be responsible for creating, implementing and overseeing the visual merchandising strategies and plans across the 110+ Tommy Hilfiger Outlet stores within Europe. Ensuring that our stores deliver impactful, inspiring yet commercial product storytelling that consistently represents our brand image and meet sales targets. In parallel you will work closely with the Outlet Brand Experience, Consumer Experience Strategy, Buying & Planning teams, European & Global HQ Window, Visual Merchandising & Store Concept teams delivering the following key objectives:

  Key Responsibilities:

  Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies in accordance with the Tommy Hilfiger brand image and store tiering framework to ensure an inspiring, convenient, commercial consumer journey.

  Partner with Outlet Buying and Planning team on seasonal collection build process, ensure collection build incorporates a vision that supports commercial and brand relevant product presentations

  Participate in weekly trade conversations with Buying and Planning and take ownership of driving visual actions within countries and stores

  Build and strengthen close connections and a collaborative working relations with the country Outlet Retail and Visual Merchandising teams

  Ensure frequent market visits to ensure that stores are following VM Guidelines, are visually appealing, engaging and consistently representing the brand image

  During frequent market visits, provide feedback, recommendations and actions to country Outlet Retail and Visual Merchandising teams

  Create and maintain seasonal visual merchandising guidelines, working closely with the Tommy Hilfiger Outlet Buying team to ensure accurate product storytelling, product statements and seasonal strategies in line with the outlet trade calendar

  Deliver product and mannequin shoots to create content for Seasonal VM guidelines, Seasonal Kick Off and Training material.

  Train and coach store teams on visual merchandising best practices through partnering with EMEA VM team on Outlet model stores to ensure elevation and market training

  Elevate the Outlet Tommy Hilfiger VM principles within the outlet tiering to support premiumizing the store portfolio

  Take ownership of store fixture capacities and space planning collaborating with Store Concept, Outlet Buying and Planning

  Influence new store floor layouts and participate in new store openings and remodels to ensure that store tiering framework and visual merchandising standards are being met.

  Work closely with Consumer Messaging and VM Communications to drive consumer messaging strategies and deliver POS needs

  Support Brand Experience team to deliver landlord center brand events, Pop up activities, temp units, brand trucks and drive strategies for key consumer moments

  The Ideal Candidate:

  Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.

  5-7 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the fashion retail industry

  Proven track record of creating and implementing successful visual merchandising strategies.

  Creative, entrepreneurial mindset and passion to evolve the 360 consumer experience

  Ability to conceptualize ideas and bring them to realization, inspire others

  Proven track record of delivering results, people management & project management

  Strong planning, organizational skills, ability to multi task

  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  Excellent communication skills, command of English language (written & spoken)

  Good knowledge of MS office, Adobe Creative Suite
