  About the Role

  We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager of Influencer Marketing to lead creator partnerships for both organic and paid campaigns. You will work closely with award-winning teams to conceive and manage innovative and effective influencer tactics as part of integrated multichannel go-to-market plans. In this role, you will impact our highest visibility marketing efforts and have the opportunity to work across multiple business priorities. In partnership with paid media teams, you will activate influencer channels with consistency and coherence to drive full-funnel objectives — from awareness-driving organic content to direct response and conversion campaigns. 

  You will report to the Sr. Director of Content and Social Marketing on the Brand Marketing team within the Marketing organization.

  Manage end-to-end influencer partnerships as a key channel in both evergreen and campaign workstreams, ensuring the highest standard of quality and adherence to our brand strategy.

  Curate a diverse roster of best-in-class Creators, those who’ve redefined expectations of what content can be and who’ve built thriving communities online.

  Partner with highly awarded internal and external media and creative agency partners to conceive and produce breakthrough influencer content programs.

  Maintain expertise in all things influencer marketing, including rising Creator talent, FTC regulations, equitable fee structures, negotiation and deal-making.

  Work with analytics teams to set and track organic and paid performance objectives that contribute to larger business goals.

  Participate in and contribute to cross-functional campaign meetings, documentation, and info-sharing.

  Build and maintain strong relationships with collaborators within and outside of the Marketing organization.

  We’re excited about you because…

  You are an expert in your field, with 8+ years experience in social media and/or influencer roles for major brands. You understand the nuances of working with Creators and what a mutually successful partnership looks like. You stay current with emerging influencer talent, platforms, and trends.

  You have a track record of breakthrough influencer campaign experience, either agency- or client-side, for major consumer brands (preferably tech).

  You have exceptional project management and collaboration skills, and thrive in complex and fast-moving situations that involve large teams.

  You can demonstrate with data what social media success looks like. You have deep knowledge of native and third-party social media analytics tools, and can extract and interpret performance results against business goals.

  You are driven toward excellence, passionate about creativity, and excited to push the horizons of how influencer marketing shapes culture.

  Compensation

  The location-specific base salary range for this position is listed below.  Compensation in other geographies may vary.

  Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.  For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location.  Please discuss your intended work location with your recruiter for more information.

  DoorDash cares about you and your overall well-being, and that’s why we offer a comprehensive benefits package, for full-time employees, that includes healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan including an employer match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, wellbeing benefits, paid time off, paid parental leave, and several paid holidays, among others.

  In addition to base salary, the compensation package for this role also includes opportunities for equity grants.

  We expect this position to be filled by 3/1/24.

  Colorado Pay Range:

  $144,000—$216,000 USD

  California Pay Range:

  $152,000—$240,000 USD

  New York Pay Range:

  $160,000—$240,000 USD

  Washington Pay Range:

  $152,000—$228,000 USD
