Overview
“The Underground Facility Analysis Center (UFAC) is a government-wide consortium sponsored by the Director of National Intelligence (DNI) with the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) serving as the Intelligence Community’s (IC’s) executive agent. UFAC is responsible for analyzing and identifying underground structures in foreign countries, including those that are intended to hide or protect lethal military equipment and activities, such as weapons of mass destruction, that could threaten U.S. or allied interests.”
Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities
ATL has two immediate openings in Reston, VA for Senior Engineers with Top Secret/SCI clearances to support our Dept of Defense customer. You will be part of an interdisciplinary team characterize, analyze, model and assess hard and deeply buried targets world-wide. Our employees have found this work to be technically challenging and rewarding.
A variety of engineering disciplines will be considered, including civil, mechanical, nuclear, and electrical. A geologist will also be desirable. It is important that the applicant’s experience be focused on technical engineering application as opposed to management.
Minimum Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering;
Minimum 10 years engineering experience.
Current TS/SCI clearance
CI polygraph is desirable
Master’s degree and/or Professional Engineer license is a plus.
