Senior Associate (Audiovisual Producer)
This role will provide onsite customer support for a geographically dispersed enterprise workforce. Responsible for providing technology support operations including, but not limited to, end user support, IT incident Management, change management, problem management, knowledge management, endpoint management, and business controls. This position will require excellent customer service and quick decision making skills to identify and resolve internal user's technical issues with a heavy focus on laptop support with an even mix of Windows PC's, Macs, and Mobile Devices. This role requires a focus on execution, accountability, and results to improve the end user experience while driving operational efficiencies.
Responsibilities:
Act as technical lead in support of executive level corporate eventsWork with customers to define and refine production needsAct as a technical project manager to support multi-location eventsCoordinate between internal clients, external vendors, and tech leads for support of each eventDocument technical requirements and maintain consistency across multiple locationsAdministrative record keeping and documentationDetermine technology requirements and costs necessary to support the request, maintaining regular communication with customers, vendors, and other team membersWork with vendors to provide any necessary external assistanceSet up, test and operate audiovisual and IT equipment, provide direction during rehearsals and events; respond to last minute changes and requestsProvide testing and troubleshooting for in-house event equipment
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certificationAt least 1 year of experience in managing IT projects or operations teamsAt least 1 year of Technical Operations experienceAt least 1 year of experience with IT systems and infrastructureAt least 1 year of experience with desktop platforms and operating systemsAt least 1 year of experience with incident management and reporting tools
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science1+ years of experience with defining, implementing, and leveraging process (change, incident, problem) management functions(edited)1+ years experience with ServiceNow2+ years of experience in the Audiovisual Industry engaged as part of a live event crew (Audio, Lighting or video operator, technical director, etc.)3+ years of experience with Audiovisual Project Management (including budget and timeline creation, showflow design, client management, etc.)1+ years of experience interacting with senior level clients and their planning teams1+ years of experience with multimedia systems and controls1+ years of experience with analog and digital audio consoles, wireless microphones, and supporting audio gear1+ years of experience with Analog Way, Black Magic, Barco production video switchers, matrices, converters, recording and playback gear
