About the Role
The Senior Analyst, Organizational Development (OD) sits within the People team and reports to the Director, Talent Management and Organizational Development. This role supports the design, delivery, and evaluation of OD services provided by the OD team. The Senior Analyst collaborates with various departments to assess organizational needs, analyze, report on, and contribute to enhancing organizational effectiveness. Our people team is in the NYC office three days every week and the same will be expected of this new hire.
You Will Be Responsible For:
Organizational Analysis: Conducting thorough organizational needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and development, including stakeholder interviews and activity tracking. Collecting and analyzing data related to organizational design e.g. spans and layers, skills/ capability assessments. Analyzing data and identifying trends to provide insights into organizational strengths and weaknesses. Developing appropriate templates and resources to enable data collection and analysis. Providing advice on objective data collection and analysis methods. and developing appropriate templates and resources to enable data collection and analysis. Presenting findings and recommendations to inform decision-making. Program Design and Implementation: Collaborating with key stakeholders to design and implement OD interventions. Supporting design of future state operating models and, providing benchmarking as well as research to enable thoughtful, long term business outcomes. Developing workshops and interventions to address identified needs and support change. Change Management: Assisting within the planning and execution of change management initiatives. Providing support in communicating and managing change within the organization. Evaluation : Continuously reviewing and optimizing existing systems, processes and solutions. Leveraging organizational research methods/ assessment methodologies e.g. focus groups to evaluate best fit solutions
You Have:
The willingness to work in our midtown Manhattan office 3 days every week A Bachelors and/or Master's degree in Business Administration with emphasis on human resources and organizational behavior, organizational design and development, industrial/organizational psychology or equivalent education 3-5 years of experience in Organizational Development, Change Management, Organizational Design, Leadership Development, or Human Resources Management including at least one year of organizational development or organizational design The ability to collect, assimilate and analyze data and turn data into action Strong analytical and problem solving skills Attention to detail Project, time, and task management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay Range: $40,000 - $160,000
