Responsibilities Achieve and managesales quotas for the Midwest Region Work with the sales representativesto develop a business plan for their specified territories usingSalesforce.com as the basis for the plan, detailing key targets, etc.Using the business plan developed for the territories, work with salesrepresentatives to formulate an effective customer call strategy tomaximize opportunities in each territory Utilize pipeline management toensure sales plans are met and all opportunities are recorded inSalesforce.com for each sales representative Constantly review all salesactivities, targets, and strategies in order to maximize results Ensurecustomer needs are effectively met and build productive customerrelationships Be accountable for customer satisfaction for accounts wonand accounts being worked on Review sales planning, sales strategies,territorial coverage, and budgeting processes for all salesrepresentatives Produce monthly, quarterly, and yearly analysis of theregional territory for the Executive Team Develop tactics and strategiesto create long-term commitments with key current and potential customersAttend all sales and product related meetings Requirements BS, BA FourYear Degree preferred Minimum of 5 years\' experience selling to medicalprofessionals and hospitals Minimum of 2 years managing an effectivesales team Must be able to professionally present the features,advantages, and clinical benefits of all our products and services andto compare their performance with competitive products Solution basedselling experience Learn more about us and our mission!
