Overview
Leverage your consultative sales experience to strengthen the success of Esri technology within S tate and Local government agencies and other private sectors . An energetic and resourceful individual is needed to drive strategic conversations with all levels of contacts promoting and securing training solutions. Your partnership with the account team will result in Esri customers being more efficient and empowered to fully take advantage of ArcGIS.
Responsibilities
Work as an individual contributor utilizing available resources to achieve sales targetProactively seek out training opportunities from a current customer base by consulting with State and Local government organizations and other private organizations to clearly understand their needsWork with customers who have shown an interest in training and servicesProactively craft and propose solutions that clarify how Esri training, services, and staff development bring business value to address each customer's critical business goals and challengesRepresent and communicate the value of training and service to both internal and external Esri's customersContribute to a total package solution as you partner with teams across EsriAchieve measurable success by using your consultative skills to effectively manage the sales cycle from discovery to closeLeverage your networking skills at Esri events and elsewhere to expand your customer contacts and support the overall mission of helping Esri customers be successful
Requirements
2+ years of consultative sales experience, preferably selling to government organizationsDirect work-related experience in or with an element of and familiarity with the organizations and operations of the government communitiesDemonstrated ability to be creative in the consultative sales processExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to travel as needed, up to 20% of the timeUS citizenship and ability and willingness to obtain a security clearanceBachelor's or Master's degree in a related field

Base salary is one component of our total rewards strategy. Compensation decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is $74,880.00 - $136,240.00.
