JOB SUMMARY: This key account position provides customer andadministrative support to assigned retailers and ecommerce accounts.Responsible for providing customer support to retail associatesregarding order status, lead times, quotes, product information, andprocess support. The role is also responsible for the administration andmanagement of customer orders, internal processes, and systeminformation to ensure compliance with assigned customer requirements.ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Provide excellent customer service by answeringinquiries on product information, pricing, and availability to ourretail channel partners via phone, email, and customer portals Ownershipand responsibility for processing, revising, canceling, monitoring, andtracking assigned customer\'s orders to ensure on time shippingCollaborate with internal departments to manage the implementation ofinternal processes that ensure compliance with customer requirementsEnsure EDI information such as pricing, order acknowledgements, andinventory is transmitting to partners correctly Maintain customerinformation within ERP system for assigned customer base Manageinformation and communication in external customer portals Other dutiesas assigned MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Associate\'s degree in business orequivalent experience 2-year relevant internship, administrative, and/orcustomer service PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience using SAPor equivalent ERP Experience with Microsoft Office suites includingExcel Prior experience in B2B customer service, sales support, inventorycontrol, or administrative role Experience in a retail environmentKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suitesoftware Effective verbal and written communication skills Greatattention to detail Excellent interpersonal skills Effective timemanagement, organizational, and prioritization skills Able to plan andcoordinate cross functional process implementation PHYSICAL DEMANDS:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularlyrequired to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects orcontrols.
