CO Salary Range: USD 48,000.00 - 55,000.00 per year

　　Ibotta is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. In this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting the full recruitment process, all while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience every step of the way. You will primarily support the Technical Recruiting team in scheduling phone, virtual, and in-person interviews as well as contribute to a broad range of ongoing and ad hoc initiatives, such as our summer internship program, career fairs, events, and more.

　　This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office. Candidates must live in the United States.

　　What you will be doing:

　　Manage high volume of diverse interview scheduling across multiple departments, primarily supporting the technical recruiting teamWork closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to accurately and efficiently execute on intricate interview processesServe as a brand ambassador for Ibotta through candidate interactions, event participation, and external communicationsSupport the Recruiting & HR teams by helping to ensure data integrity within WorkdayAssist with ad-hoc projects as needed, such as summer internships, career fairs, and our employee referral programEmbrace and uphold Ibotta's Core Values: Integrity, Boldness, Outhustle, Teamwork, Transparency & A good idea can come from anywhere
