• This role will be supporting the lateral and university hiring. Hence, he/she should have hands-on experience in both Campus hiring and Lateral Hiring (FTE & Contract)
• Build, define and manage Campus Hiring Program including Internship for APAC Market.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders within WWT to successfully implement the Campus Hiring strategy with target universities such as IIT's, IIM's & other top-ranked institutes through student organizations, diversity events, faculty, staff, etc.
• Advise the Hiring Managers regarding the best universities/institutions for campus/internship hiring to support the business with relevant data, insights, and analytics.
• Work on Brand Building Initiatives, identify multiple access points such as speaker sessions, professional network events, and a variety of communications prior to Hiring/ Onboarding to attract and engage talent.
• Posts jobs online, screen, organize, and tracks all applications and resumes within company's applicant tracking tool - ADP.
• Attend cadence calls to ensure the candidates are moving through the process
• Should be good with sourcing candidates for functional roles such as Sales, presales, Account executives etc.
• Should have good understanding and recruiting experience in technical skills such as Data Science, Networking, full stack etc.
• Expertise in sourcing from Job Portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, google etc.
• Provide consistent communication to both hiring team and candidates throughout the sourcing process to ensure an efficient hiring experience
• Good experience in Salary negotiations for full time hires
• Regularly manage pipeline activity, maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal & external stakeholders
• Work both independently and as part of a larger recruitment team
• Prior experience interacting and working with Global stake holders
• Support with other recruitment-related activities - MIS Reporting, Offer Management and suggest process improvements & Initiatives as appropriate
• Meets management/ leadership objective and requirements as assigned throughout the year
• Ability to travel nationally and internationally during peak recruiting cycles
A minimum of 8 years' progressive experience in India Lateral Hiring A minimum 3 years' experience supporting with University HiringExpertise in the core principles, practices and procedures related to recruitingA passion for learning, leadership and continued educationExcellent organizational, follow-up, and multi-tasking skills.Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint).Experience with internal ATS - ADP is preferredExcellent communication and presentation skillProactive attitude and work ethic
