Our client is looking to hire a Receptionist to support their AP team who manages customer payments and reconciliations for several groups within the company. This is a 6 month assignment that could be temp to hire. Must be local to Oklahoma City, OK and able to work ONSITE. Assignment comes with holiday pay and 5 days PTO. Qualifications:
MUST have at least 1 to 3 years of related experience.
Ability to follow all company policies and procedures as well as internal departmental procedures to ensure consistency.
Knowledge of MS Suite; Word preferred.
Excellent communication and writing skills
Ability to communicate with all levels within the organization to meet daily performance expectations.
Must be detail-oriented, with able to work in a fast paced environment
HS education or GED is required
salary: $16 - $17 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities
Resource will be responsible for proofreading documents, taking pics for badging, helping set up badging access
Assist managers with new hires and termination letters
Pay invoices, set up PO's to AP
Assist executives, greet everyone who comes into the office, help with shipping and receiving in the mail room.
