Position Summary:
The Patient Advocate is responsible for leading, executing, implementing, analyzing, reporting, and evaluating patient experience and service recovery improvement initiatives within the facility. Participating in the development and implementation of projects related to hospital-wide patient/guest experience initiatives. Collaborating with and instructing leadership, physicians, and staff to implement strategies ensuring optimal patient experience outcomes. Identifying and mitigating barriers at the point of care utilizing evidence-based tactics to enforce HRMC's mission and vision.

Minimum Qualifications:

Certification:Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP) is preferred,**required within two years of hire
