  Position Summary

  Product Owner of MarTech Channel Enablement is an instrumental, technical role in driving the day-to-day delivery and product development for enterprise messaging communications to CVS Health consumers and program members. The Digital Communications Platforms Product Owner is a member of the Agile Product Team responsible for defining user stories and prioritizing the team backlog, streamlining the execution of team priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the features/components for the team.

  Your responsibility includes executing the SAFe /Kanban methodology from a PO role perspective as part of this team as well as planning and managing a backlog of technical, backend features and stories for a focused set of messaging platform capabilities. You will be expected to collaborate very closely with Business Stakeholders, Product Managers, other Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Architecture and Engineering teams in a n agile environment. You will work closely with leaders to ensure that all committed features are delivered by planning effectively with the team, managing the daily ceremonies, clearing blockers, and generally enabling the team to be successful. In addition, regular collaboration with subject matter experts, tech leads, architecture, and other collaborative groups will be necessary for a successful delivery.

  Primary skills include strong communication, project management, technical knowledge of outbound communications platforms (SMS, Push, Email) , and demonstrated ability to work with all stakeholders to refine features and stories representing MarTech capabilities. SAFe or Agile experience required.

  Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years required experience as Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in an Agile product development and product delivery environment.

  • 2+ years experience gathering, documenting, and grooming requirements (features/user stories) within an Agile scrum team and/or Agile Train, delivering large scale cross channel communications .

  • 2+ years experience enabling technical solutions for backend marketing or orchestration platform related functions including preferences and consent, customer retention, cross channel personalization .

  Preferred QualificationsMaster's Degree in a Technical area.Experience with delivering enterprise-wide messaging orchestration platform enactments. Experience working with SMS, Email and Push Notification backend systems.Education

  Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience.

  Pay Range

  The typical pay range for this role is:

  $94,500.00 - $196,000.00

  This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
