Overview
As a results-oriented team player with a strong interest in technology and proven marketing talent you will use your skills and passion to work with key stakeholders to develop effective marketing strategies for enterprise-wide IT software. You will create strategic plans and campaigns to increase awareness and adoption of Esri's market-leading enterprise capabilities. You'll have a solid understanding of digital marketing techniques and execute on tactical deliverables from your strategic plan, such as writing email and web copy, developing social posts and blog posts, planning webinars, and more across a variety of industries. You'll work with a dedicated and supportive team of product marketers who are invested in your success and growth.
Responsibilities
Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, product engineering, product development, global business development, and corporate marketing Develop strategic marketing plans and see them through to execution on all tactical elements Create materials to educate prospects and users, including web pages, emails, videos, case studies, social content, and product resources Lead, coordinate, and execute global product launch and release activities, internal communications, and multi-channel enablement Spearhead the communication strategy for changes in product functionality, lifecycle, and pricing, both internally and externally Research and understand market needs to create personas, positioning, and value-based messaging for products in your portfolio Provide insight into competitive capabilities and risks Identify and monitor Key Performance Indicators to measure content effectiveness and usage as well as overall campaign performance
Requirements
2+ years of experience in product, industry, or corporate marketing; communications; business development; consulting; or similar field Demonstrated ability in releasing and growing innovative technology products Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership to drive alignment and influence recommendations and trade-offs Experience using and/or developing GIS applications Ability to travel 10-20% of the time for strategic meetings, events and/or tradeshows Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
Recommended Qualifications
MBA and/or a geography, computer science, information systems background Demonstrated experience using multi-app marketing technology stack Experience applying SEO and current digital marketing techniques Minimum of 3-years of experience working in an office environment

Base salary is one component of our total rewards strategy. Compensation decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is
$66,560 - $110,240 USD
