As part of the Analytics & Behavior Change function, the Retail Consumer Analytics team helps lead our mission to be a customer-centric, data-driven organization. This team aggressively tracks and helps grow CVS' customer journeys through franchise by identifying opportunities and optimizing customer strategies derived by analyzing trends in customer shopping behavior, needs, intents, and responses. The team leverages advanced analytics, machine learning and a hypothesis-driven approach to quickly transform data into actionable, customer-centric insights in fast-moving and energizing environment. The ideal candidate should be detailed oriented with the ability to quickly understand complex situations, manage multiple urgent tasks at the same time and have a proven track record of analytics solution implementation and maintenance.
This position will be based in one of our Analytics Hubs (Boston, NY, Chicago or RI) and will report to the Executive Director, Agile Marketing and Automation with consistent exposure to senior leadership within Marketing and A&BC.
Responsibilities: Strong product management skills, with a proven track record to translate product and capability roadmaps into short-term, tactical delivery plans. Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$94,500.00 - $196,000.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
