Responsibilities
The Opportunity
This role is a core Data Owner accountable for building the vision, being the go to focal point of communication between Global, Sector and Local, the delivery of data centric eCommerce roadmap and wider local Business Intelligence solutions. Working with stakeholders, identify the data gaps and put together a strategy on how to close them by working with Global DTX, functional strategic internal and external partners on data sharing. In partnership with Global Digital Transformation and Global Business Services successfully increase data coverage and Business Intelligence reporting solutions for Business Unit needs across all key dimentions (sales, marketing, digital store, supply chain, etc).
Your Impact
As eCommerce Data Owner your responsibilities would consist of:
Understand and gather local functional requirement to formulate data strategy and roadmapIn partnership with Business partners and stakeholders uncover and understand customer needs and translate them into requirements, product vision and deliverablesFacilitate data sourcing and engagement with business stakeholders and customer through being the 'expert' in what best in class data operation isOwn business logic & maintenance the up to date standards of data quality through tracking and enabling technologies in collaboration with Global DTX and powered by GBSAligning catalog management process and embed global operating standards locallyBusiness owner of the local BI and analytics stream powered by GBSProactively identify, assess risks throughout the overarching agenda and propose resolutions Identification and management of interdependencies across cross-functional teams to ensure timely product deliveryServe as a product evangelist and subject matter expert
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
Barchelors Degree5 years of experience in product manager, project management or data owner, with beneficial consideration for experience working with products that deal with data analysis or visualization and eCommerce.Advance level of english is a mustExperience delivering tech programs from inception to delivery (Power BI or Tableu or BI tools)

Ability to identify the difference between what stakeholders want and what stakeholders needAbility to explain stakeholder needs to technical team members and explain technical considerations to non-technical stakeholdersStrong leadership, networking, relationship-building, communication and influencing skillsExtraordinary organisational and planning skills.Experience of managing delivery across cross-functional teamsGreat stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to ensure that plans are kept to, and expectations are well managed, including ability to prioritize deliverables based on what's best for the organizationExperience operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadership.
