Work Designation. Depending on your location within the continental US, this role may behybridorremote.
If you livewithin 50 milesof the Aflac offices located in Columbus, GA or Columbia, SC, this role will behybrid.This means you will be expected to work in the office for at least 60% of the work week. You will work from your home (within the continental US) for the remaining portion of the work week. Details of this schedule will be discussed with your leadership.

• Previous experience auditing absence, disability and/or life claims

Education & Experience Required
Bachelor's Degree In healthcare or a related field
3 or more years of experience in the Quality Assurance area
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
• Monitors the quality indicators with strategic vision with actions to reduce detractors
• Identifies opportunities for improvement in the processes and flows in service channels , correcting deviations and implementing improvements
• Makes periodic report of quality volumes.
• Examines complaints from regulators and customers in service channels , increasing customer satisfaction and product quality
• Monitors and assists in structuring and strategy as research and as the maximization of satisfaction with our products and processes.
• Mitigates negative impacts and loss of business
• Supports project delivery by inputting technical process/architecture/performance expertise, to help shape project delivery in line with existing processes and best practice
• Undertakes investigations and inspections of data, processes, and practices in accordance with established procedure to identify potential or actual compliance issues and recommend appropriate action
• Independently collate and analyze operational data using pre-determined tools, methods and formats and make recommendations in order to support the department’s decision making process.
• Assess and evaluate project/program deliverables and business architecture/processes in order to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Plan and carry out regular reviews of business data (including customer service metrics) using standard methodologies in order to identify shortfalls and recommend actions to improve performance.
• Review and interpret information and advise internal clients of appropriate action to fulfill procedural and regulatory requirements.
• Create and maintain documentation to maintain an audit trail of activities to protect the organization and support the business in delivery standardization
• Performs other duties as required

This compensation range is specific to the job level and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. The range has been created in good faith based on information known to Aflac at the time of the posting. Compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each case. This salary range does not include any potential incentive pay or benefits, however, such information will be provided separately when appropriate. The salary range for this position is $45,000 to $105,000.
