Positions in this function include basic clerical functions including records maintenance, light typing, filing and report preparation.
This position is full-time Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work during our normal business hours of 7:00am - 5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 1100 west 31st street Downers Grove, IL.
We offer weeks of paid training. The hours of training will be based on your schedule or will be discussed on your first day of employment.
Primary Responsibilities:
Document Management - Electronic Upload and save electronic correspondence & payment files Scan documents Document Management - Paper Print and distribute correspondence • Open and distribute incoming mail Paper claims handling

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma / GED Must be 18 years of age or older 6+ months of experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word (Edit) Ability to work any 8 hour shift between 7:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.
Preferred Qualifications:
Epic experience 1+ years of Revenue Cycle experience
