We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Data Analytics professional to join our team in one of our EMEA hubs. As a key player in the Marketing team, you will contribute to the development of the data analytics modeling and execution of digital marketing campaigns in the MMS business in EMEA. This role will focus on enhancing the data culture within the organisation moving towards an omnichannel approach. Your insights will be essential for the success of the business.

Job Description
Main responsibilities will include:
Standardize and centralize data collection, implementing a data maturity model to ensure connectivity within integrated marketing campaigns.Develop accessible campaign dashboards to support both central and local marketing teams with key campaign insights.Audit SFDC database regularly, ensuring data quality and acting as a liaison to the Salesforce Effectiveness community.Document system configurations and procedures for future reference and reproduction by local teams.
About you
Degree level qualification or equivalent, with ideally a first experience in digital marketing.Strong data analytics skills, especially in Power BI.Fluent in English; additional European languages would be an advantageConfident with Microsoft Office toolsStrong communicator with a creative mentality and desire to evolve in an international environment.Experience with key marketing technologies such as SFDC, Marketo, and Showpad would be a plus.
This position is based in the UK, Belgium or the Netherlands. The successful candidate will have the exciting opportunity to contribute to our dynamic team from one of these strategic locations. Frequent travel, approximately 20% of the time, will be required to support and engage with our regional teams.

The selection process involves a phone interview with our Talent Acquisition team, followed by a technical interview with the direct manager (Digital Program Manager, EMEA). Successful candidates will proceed to a final virtual conversation with the Marketing Director.
