Reference #: 852760Job SummaryHunter Roberts is seeking an energetic and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our Philadelphia-based Business Development/Marketing Team. The Marketing Assistant must be a driven and creative professional who will provide a full range of support for the firm's proposal and presentation needs. The Marketing team collectively supports the business development and marketing activities in the PA/NJ region. We are considering local applicants who have a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines. The individual will report to the Marketing Manager and is expected to be able to interact effectively and professionally across all levels of the organization.Summary of essential job functionsSupport and assist the Marketing Manager and Vice President of Business Development in both administrative and technical responsibilities as requiredAssist in the creation of qualifications, proposals, presentations, newsletter articles and advertisements including writing and editing text, design layout, and graphicsAssist in proposal assembly, deadline schedules, and checklistsAssist in the outreach and coordination of any necessary material and information from internal teamsGenerate and maintain current marketing collaterals and corporate resumes for staff membersProof all marketing collaterals and maintain quality controlContent creation for social media platformsAssist with various administrative tasksAdditional assignments as determined by overall Company objectivesMinimum RequirementsEducational and experience requirements include: 4 year degree in related field and/or minimum of 2 years of profes- sional Marketing experience within the construction or related industry.Abilities RequiredProactive self-starter with excellent writing, editing, communication and organizational skillsExcellent time management skills and sound judgmentKnowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), MS TeamsPassion and interest to learn more about the construction industryHunter Roberts Construction Group is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
