KPMG is currently seeking a
Manager, Pricing & Cost Proposals to join our Government Cost and Pricing
Group (GCPG) in the Federal Service Practice
Responsibilities:
Lead Price-To-Win analysis; conduct comprehensive competitive analyses, research and analysis of historical data in line with Price-To-Win methodology
Govern pricing response for business proposals including Firm Fixed Price, T&M, and CPFF/CPAF, monitoring for accuracy and compliance with requirements
Provide internal GCPG support including maintenance of pricing models and tools
Confirm adherence to FAR, DFAR, DCAA, TINA, CAS and corporate policies and procedures with regard to cost proposal preparation, review, submission and negotiation
Manage Cost/Price volume development, and adherence to solicitation requirements; develop pricing training materials
Provide internal GCPG support including maintenance of pricing models and tools
Qualifications:
Minimum seven years of recent pricing experience in a federal contracting environment; additional state and local government pricing experience is a plus
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in economics, finance, accounting or business administration; Master's degree from an accredited college/university is preferred
Strong Price-To-Win analysis and analytical skills
Solid experience working with teams on the technical basis of estimate (BOE) and aligning the proposed solution to the costing
Experience constructing complex pricing models and competitive pricing analysis in Excel; highly proficient in Excel required
Great team player interested to work in a highly collaborative team environment; excellent writing, presentation and communication skills
