THE ROLE:
The Logistics Manager will be the founding member of eero’s growing Logistics team to help the team scale operations and enable growth in the region! You will take the lead on eero’s Asia logistics operations, where you will work closely with our contract manufacturers and logistics service providers to ensure that shipping processes are smooth and flowing. You will build processes to effectively manage freight allocation. You will improve container utilization and freight spend per unit by setting up and managing buyers consolidation programs. You will own origin certification and freight documentation to ensure the bills of lading and commercial invoices are compliant and according to eero’s contracts. You will develop and build processes for inbound RMA shipments, and also will be the primary point of contact with our distributor partners in the APAC region. The opportunities are endless!
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO CAN:
Develop and establish a logistics and distribution strategy for the APAC region in order to meet customers’ shipping timelines and remain within eero’s shipping forecasts. This may include setting up new distributors or onboarding a 3PL in the region.
Lead eero’s Asia logistics operations and serve as the primary point of contact for eero’s customer-distributors, logistics service providers, and manufacturer shipping teams in the APAC region
Implement eero’s freight allocation strategy (carrier & service selection) to ensure that the eero’s freight costs remain within cost projections
Conduct detailed analysis on eero’s container utilization rates and shipping behavior - and a build a process to measure and improve said metrics (e.g. buyer’s consolidation program, streamlined PO & shipment release process)
Enforce eero’s freight documentation process (including BL and commercial invoice compliance) to ensure that our logistics service providers have the right documents to execute on shipments
Set up logistics control tower in region and build metrics to effectively manage and monitor LSP and CM cost and service performance
Implement routing guides and ensure compliance with shipping instructions, commercial invoice instructions, case pack and pallet carton labels
Oversee shipping and distribution of engineering parts to support NPI builds and to ensure new product development remains within schedule
Improve the Beta shipment process by driving down cost and reducing transit time
Do the work and improve the work. Willing to get your hands dirty to understand the process - in order to build a workflow or system to streamline the process!

Hanoi, HN, VNM
Basic Qualifications
4-6 years of experience with at least 2 years experience working in a logistics service provider (freight forwarder, ocean or air carrier, logistics technology provider) or on the logistics team of a manufacturer or producer
Knowledge of import/export compliance and logistics processes applicable to technology products
Strong command of English and Vietnamese

Must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Ability to manage several initiatives simultaneously
Comfortable interacting with ERP systems on a daily basis (Netsuite a plus)
