Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Live Person/Live Assist Engineer for a large automotive client. This person will be responsible for guiding a software team on implementing Live Person messaging into their organization, and teaching people on the team how to utilize the technology. This person should feel confident in teaching and learning business processes within different organizations.
Skills and Requirements
Experience engineering or working with Live Assist/Live Person messaging, and can guide an organization on adapting the technology
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of engineering null
