The expected annual salary range for this role is $88499.97 - $129799.96 a year.

What you'll do:
As a Lead Field Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing field service support and consultation such as acceptance testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of low, medium, and high voltage systems. You will advise customers and provide best technical solutions to solve customer issues. You will complete assigned jobs with assistance from lead technicians and engineers. In addition, you will conduct required tests and calibration using test equipment and check and maintain equipment to ensure compliance with applicable standards.

Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
High School Diploma or higher with a minimum of 7 year of field service experience evaluating and servicing electrical distribution or control systemsPossess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver's licenseMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.All candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of the work locations listed. No relocation will be offered for this position. Active Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical or engineering technology) from an accredited institution.Experience performing low & medium voltage switchgear testing; low& medium voltage circuit breaker testing; power transformer testing; power quality measurements, power system troubleshooting, and analysis is requiredExperience with protective relays and low/medium voltage variable frequency drives is highly desirable. Skilled proficiency in one or more of the following: Intermediate Protective Relays, Advanced PQ Measurements, Disaster Recovery, Rotating Machinery, Protection & Control Design, OEM/ NETA/ NICET Electrical Testing Methods

Power distribution field experience in servicing, maintaining, and testing electrical power distribution equipment.
Working knowledge of troubleshooting, tests and repair techniques.
Demonstrated ability in verbal and written communication skills. Particular skill in communicating technical information to non-technical personnel, educating customers, and presenting information to internal and external customers.
Advanced understanding of the company's competitor's electrical, electronic and mechanical products and services.
Knowledge of corporate and business unit policies.
Working knowledge of all software packages relevant to successful performance of tasks.
Working knowledge of billing and invoicing policies for service.
Knowledge of parts, part masters, bill of materials.
Knowledge and practice of safety precautions related to working with electrical and electronic equipment.
Has demonstrated ability to provide service and represent company interests in developing customer relationships to assure long-term customer satisfaction.
Submit to periodic customer required background and drug screenings.
