Delivery:
Architect, design, and implement scalable and reliable ML infrastructure for model training, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate ML infrastructure seamlessly into the existing production environment.
Establish and manage the deployment pipeline for ML models into production systems.
Monitor real-time model performance and data quality, promptly addressing any issues.
Develop and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to ensure the continuous availability of ML models.
Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate model training, evaluation, and deployment processes.
Continuously improve and optimize ML workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
Collaborate with engineers to understand ML model requirements and design needs.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to explain technical concepts and solutions clearly and concisely.
Led and mentored a team of ML Ops Engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices for ML Ops.
Ensure ML systems adhere to security and compliance standards, implementing necessary measures to safeguard data and models.
About You:
You're a fit for the role if your background includes:
Two or more years of experience applying AI to practical and comprehensive technology solutions.
Have built ML Ops pipelines
Experience in deploying and managing applications in the Public Cloud (e.g., AWS, GCP)
Experience with ML Ops, Deep learning, TensorFlow, Python, NLP
Experience with Triton, TensorRT, and ONNX
Experience building real-time interactive applications, such as chat or messaging platforms
Experience leveraging AWS SageMaker for hosting ML models
Experience in REST API development, NoSQL database design, and RDBMS design and optimizations
Knowledge of frameworks such as Keras, PyTorch, TensorFlow
Knowledge of techniques to tune open-source LLMs and improve inference speeds while maintaining accuracy
Knowledge and hands-on experience with the Hugging Face Transformers library
Familiarity with MLOps-related tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or Airflow.
Knowledge of essential algorithms, object-oriented and functional design principles, and best-practice patterns
Proficient in using Git, Python, and Linux Based Systems
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Experience in program leadership, governance, and change enablement

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Certifications in machine learning, DevOps, and cloud computing
At least 6+ years of software development experience building and deploying APIs and Web applications
At least 2+ years of hands-on experience building, maintaining, and deploying ML models and pipelines
