Job Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced DevOps engineer to join our team and lead our efforts to use technology, automation, and machine learning to solve infrastructure problems in networking, virtual machines, operating systems, and more. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying innovative solutions using agile methodologies and best practices. You will also mentor and guide a small and energetic team of DevOps engineers and collaborate with other teams across the organization.
Roles and Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure solutions using automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and programming languages such as Python, Javascript
Employ CI/CD workflows, containerization, and orchestration tools for the deployment and hosting of infrastructure applications
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure issues using data analysis, machine learning, and root cause analysis techniques
Research and implement new technologies and best practices to improve the performance, availability, and security of the infrastructure
Lead and mentor other DevOps engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Communicate and coordinate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration on infrastructure projects and initiatives.
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
At least 5 years of experience as an infrastructure engineer or a software developer
Strong knowledge and experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and programming languages such as Python, Javascript.
Strong knowledge and experience with CI/CD pipeline, container and orchestration platform, application architectures, and database system such as Postgres.
Good knowledge and experience in networking, virtual machines, operating systems, and cloud platforms
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Good leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and experimental environment.
Passion for learning new technologies and best practices.
