An Integration Business Analyst works directly with clients and internal business partners to manage the technical components of implementation to DTCC Report Hub. The Integration Business Analyst will act as the primary technical contact for the clients technical SME, whilst collaborating with the DTCC Integration Consultant Main contact to ensure delivery of all onboarding activities through to debut.
Your Primary Responsibilities: Client facing; Partner with the Integration Project Manager (IC), Consultancy Services (if deployed) during the pre-sales and implementation phase to understand client mapping and configuration requirements to ensure work effort estimates are accurate, Report Hub design can support clients' needs and the UAT environment is configured to client needs. Advances appropriately embed within AGILE mapping, configuration changes and defects impacting delivery and issue resolution during the mapping and UAT phases as required. Partner with DTCC PM, Client and Sapient IC to ensure version control, completeness, and accuracy of mapping master sheet. Support triaging of UAT issues and defects related to mapping completed via the UI tool. Represent Integration on all client mapping and technical calls Internal Mapping: Complete 1-2-1 field mapping, hard-coding values and light deriving of fields as well as the approval of all mapping work applied via the Web UI Tool. Represent Integration on internal multi-functional team meetings to provide detailed updates on status of mapping completion (by Jurisdiction and asset class), in addition collate reporting on mapping related defects their route cause and solution proposed during UAT phase. Work closely with the Sapient IC on fields requiring tailored mapping Internal Architecture: Propose SFTP folder & filenames, number of MQ Queues, MQ dynamic required, source system names to be created (Valuations, collateral Products, LE, CP & RD), Transformation strategy names, Event mapping, Destinations to be created Internal UI Config: Create source systems, Build Transformation strategies, Build Destinations, Create Event/Template mapping, Submitting entity setup. Assist Sapient IC's to transform complex business problems into user stories Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; advances appropriately

Talents Needed For Success: Minimum of 6 years of related experience Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience Additional Qualifications: Must have extensive client facing experience with demonstrable ability to effectively handle client expectations and concerns Working knowledge of EMIR/SFTR/CFTC/MAS/ASIC/MiFID trade reporting regulation Working knowledge of agile methodology an advantage Understanding of the end-to-end Institutional post trade Derivatives lifecycle highly desirable Experience with similar business/application messaging systems and protocols (e.g., CSV, SQL, MQ, Sftp, MS azure, XLST) an advantage Who We Are:
