The Affiliate Procurement Manager is responsible for the execution of procurement activities across all Indirect Spend categories, for business prompted, and procurement driven sourcing requests within affiliates in the Nordic. The Affiliate Procurement manager is managing actively local stakeholders as part of overall integrated and aligned stakeholder management across Procurement. As a team member in Affiliate Delivery (Virtual Procurement Hubs), the role is responsible for executing various day-to-day sourcing activities and unplanned or reactive business-led buying activities ensuring maximum possible procurement impact and savings realization. You will report directly into the Indirect Procurement Hub Senior Manager based in our EMEA offices in Paris.

Your Role and Responsibilities:
In the role as an Affiliate Procurement Manager your key roles and responsibilities will consist around, conducting business partnering with local stakeholders, supporting category management activities and transactional procurement efficiencies. You will also be delivering supplier relationship management activities, category strategy execution and strategic sourcing projects, tactical procurement execution and procurement support for business requirements. Finally, you will have the responsibility to deliver Procurement projects activities. The roles key responsibilities are unfolded through following tasks:
Providing high quality service to day-to-day stakeholders and acting as a general point of contact for Procurement topics. Identifying opportunities to the Category and Supplier Relationship Management team. Perform supplier management activities for local suppliers, or the local aspect of regional/global supplier relationship where agreed / aligned with Category and Supplier Relationship Management team. Manage execution of local or cross-affiliate projects as agreed with Hub Procurement Manager and Category Management team. Manage day-to-day procurement RFx requirements and delivery support, including implementation and savings realization. Support stakeholder handover to Transactional Procurement (i.e. ELC Buying Center). Deliver change and ensure Procurement goals and processes are moving forward towards excellence.

Your Qualifications:
4- 6 years' experience in Indirect Procurement and managing purchasing activities in corporate categories Professional Purchasing or Procurement Certification is desirable - i.e. APICS CSCP or ISM CPSM Proven track record of implementing and executing sourcing projects Professional use of Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, BI) Sourcing, negotiation, and contracting skills Project Management experience Ability to communicate with suppliers and senior management
