  What You Will Do:

  As an Analyst on the Professional Services team, you will have the exciting opportunity to work with our customers on the delivery of services related to implementation of our workforce management solution. The ideal candidate will bring approximately 5 years of software/project implementation experience, enjoy working in a fast-paced highly collaborative environment and have stellar communication skills and a desire to work with software and end users

  Key Responsibilities

  · Responsible for the successful implementation of the RLDatix Optima workforce management at customer sites.

  · Accurately take requirements relating to the setup and configuration of the RLDatix Optima product

  · Conduct remote and on-site implementation meetings

  · Configure the Optima product in line with best practices

  · Deliver presentations and demonstrations as required

  · Ensure checkpoints are completed where necessary

  · Collaborate with other members of the implementation team on project management, technical implementation, and training

  · Report on the progress of implementation projects to the project teams

  · Maintain and update project reporting documentation

  · Plan and manage user level requirements workshops, capturing the business needs and documenting them in a suitable format to reflect the implementation objectives

  · Ensure management is informed of any new developments (technical or political) taking place with the customer

  · Identify risks, taking appropriate action and escalating as necessary

  · Aim to receive an excellent customer feedback from every implementation

  · Manage the end-to-end delivery of products in line with RLDatix methodology

  · Project governance kept up to date

  · Develop documentation to support the standard implementation process

  · Maintain a detailed status report and tracking of task completion on each project for internal project control

  · Deliver remote and on-site training and consulting services to meet pilot and go live educational needs

  · Participate in product and service development activities to enhance the value proposition for customers

  Experience/Knowledge/Competencies You Will Need:

  · Degree in business discipline or similar education

  · Minimum of 5 years of hands-on software implementations, and/or experience working with healthcare providers on strategic and/or operational initiatives

  · Approximately 1-3 years of software/project implementation experience

  ·

  · Excellent oral and written communication skills

  · Demonstrated teamwork and team building skills

  · Experience in project delivery, planning & management

  · Ability to organize, assess, orchestrate, and prioritize tasks, risks, resources, milestones and deliverables

  · Proven ability to be tactful, articulate, and calm in escalation situations

  · Comfortable negotiating deliverables and deadlines with staff and customers

  · Exceptionally organized and equipped to sponsor and manage multiple concurrent projects/customers

  · Demonstrated initiative to contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing

  · Superior customer service by having proven initiative to drive projects forward to attain high customer satisfaction

  · Will be at ease with providing outstanding support and have empathy with the customer and a strong desire to achieve the project goals

  · Able to use effective communication to flag risks and build relationships with customers and colleagues

  · Undertake tasks with a positive attitude and respond well to management and customer requests

  · Must be prepared to work to project plans and respond well to change

  · Must be able to learn and become an expert in RLDatix products & sector to become a subject matter expert for customers through the implementation process

  · Conversant in various tools for management, project planning and time tracking

  · Workforce management experience an asset

  · Ability to travel up to 75% domestically and internationally as needed
