Bachelors degree in HR administration, Business Administration or similar.*Equivalent work experience may also be considered. 1-3 years of experience in the field, experience in automotive environment preferred. Knowledge of basic HR Management and experience in handling highly sensitive information. Experience with Payroll systems. Microsoft Office experience (Excel. Access, Lotus Notes etc.). Basic knowledge of employment laws. Basic understanding of relational data base systems. Experience with data analysis and problem solving.
