The HR Analyst I provide administrative support to the local and global HR function; gathering, compiling and maintaining HR-related information and preparing various reports and documents.
What will you do:
Deliver first line HR administration support across a range service catalogue questions for the countries supported within the regionDaily accountability for ensuring case management targets are achieved that ensure we support our colleagues in the moments that matter to them
Processes various forms such as HR change forms, performance appraisals, benefit forms, unemployment claims, and other confidential forms and records.Maintain process maps, resources, manuals and procedures for assigned countriesEnsure administrative compliance with local regulations and authorities for assigned countries supported within the regionSupport local HR partners with ad-hoc requestsAccurate and timely vendor invoice review, validation, and approval
Production of HR management information reports and requestsPromoting the HR self service cultureActively contributing in business/ functional projects with aim of improving our process and the experience for our colleaguesResponsible for the accurate filing and storing of employee data according to the respective data protection requirementsWork across multiple HR platforms including Workday, Service Now and Darwin Benefits systems
Who are we looking for:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programsExperience with HRMS or related management systems is an advantageExperience with ServiceNow and Oracle Fusion or other ticketing and HR database platforms (SAP, Workday)
Knowledge of related HR systems and functions is an advantageShared service experienceGood organizational and time management skillsAbility to coordinate multiple tasks while still delivering high quality resultsGood written and oral communications skills
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and outside vendorsBasic understanding of Human Resources programs, practices, and regulations/legal requirementsPositive attitude and ability to work well with othersAbility to handle confidential information appropriately
