　　Is a hard worker, who is willing to be flexible with their schedule, not the typical "9-5" clinical hours

　　A practice builder who can help the program grow

　　Is someone who can think on their feet and adaptable to the needs of home bound patients

　　Experience a plus, but new grads are welcome to apply!

　　Possibility of this being a hybrid position, some time doing home visits, and some doing outpatient clinic

　　Region includes western and northwest suburbs

　　REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

　　Education/Training

　　Graduate of an accredited medical school and US residency program

　　Current Illinois Physician medical license in good standing

　　Board Certified/Eligible, required
