Job Description
Lighthouse Camp Services is seeking candidates for the Guest Services Supervisor position. This position will work on site for 20 days, and off for 10 days. This is a dual role supervising the Housekeeping and Front Desk Teams. Part of each rotation will be working in both capacities and full duties may be adjusted accordingly.
Primary responsibilities ?Housekeeping
Accountable and responsible for maintaining a culture focused on having Safety as a value
Train employees to perform to Aramark Standards
Supervise all housekeeping staff
Monitor, compile and forward feedback on housekeeper work performance to Manager
Monitor the Assignment and distribution workload allocations for housekeepers and janitors
Ensure workload equity
Conduct spot checks and final inspections of accommodation and living areas
Facilitate toolbox meeting emphasizing on safety, guest services and hospitality
Facilitate inventory requirements for Housekeepers and Janitors in compliance with the Lodge Managers direction
Shall attend all safety meetings and participate in Client and/or Aramark Emergency Response Procedures
Additional duties may be assigned

Monitor, compile and forward feedback on guest services workers? work performance to Manager
Facilitate toolbox meeting emphasizing on safety, guest services and hospitality
Monitor room inventory, and ensure room readiness for incoming guests
Respond to guest concerns and escalate as needed
Provide support to front desk during peak hours
Provide exceptional service to all clients and employees
Qualifications
Candidate Requirements:
2+ years Supervisory/Managerial experience preferably in remote camp or hotel/hospitality industries
1+ years Housekeeping experience preferably in remote camp or hotel/hospitality industries
Valid WHMIS and First Aid Certifications are mandatory
Additional certification may be required by work location
Demonstrated leadership skills
Outstanding communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Strong with prioritization and time management
Excellent customer service skills
Ability and willingness to travel/work long rotations away from home
