As part of our Marketing Communications group, you'll uncover human insights to craft messaging that shows what Apple products can really do for people. You'll create and manage the campaigns that form the voice and spirit of Apple to our customers, acting as the brand identity customers interact with at every touchpoint. You and your team's work will have a powerful impact on the way people see and use their Apple devices. That's because every piece of communication you create will reflect the essence of our products: simple and beautiful with iconic personality. The services team within Marcom is seeking a modern strategy leader to shape the briefing and execution of multiple integrated campaigns annually. This is a leadership role, covering multiple lines of business within Apple's growing services portfolio; and taking responsibility for the strategies that position these services as well as helping to define how we take them to market. It requires major simplification; an ability to spot and articulate the right approach when many strategies are possible; and a deep knowledge of the many modern media contexts in which our messages might live. This role is part of the Creative Communications team that develops and produces integrated campaigns for all of Apple Services.

15+ years of experience working as a strategy leader, with an equally consistent track record in brand strategy, digital and performance marketing Deep understanding of exactly how strategy lives within - and inspires creative execution across - the broader marketing mix Equally comfortable with culture-driving advertising, and tactical hard-hitting marketing Ability to work with large data sets to identify the right objectives, messages and moments for a campaign to be successful, and the measurement strategies that prove it Comfort with fast iteration: testing, learning, and responding quickly to changing market signals Track record of leading strategic conversations with a wide range of people in different fields, including business leads, media experts, and creative partners across Apple. Skilled in prioritizing multiple, complex, concurrent projects. Able to respond and adapt to the needs of a highly matrixed organization, and ensure that work is delivered to a high standard while adhering clearly to defined business and marketing objectives. Extraordinary writing skills, visual story-telling skills, presentation skills, and attention to detail. A passion for technology along with a critical point of view on its impact on people's lives. Our strategy team leads the translation of business objectives into marketing strategies for our services teams. We define the strategic platforms that describe and position each service. You will develop inspiring yet detailed briefs that inform everything from awareness-driving campaigns, to social content, to performance marketing and customer acquisition efforts, working with business leads in services to drive success, representing these efforts at the highest levels of the company. Working closely and efficiently with the best creative, media and marketing talent in the world. You will lead a small-but mighty strategy team and together you will identify opportunities for growth and innovation across our services portfolio; define opportunities to reach new audiences and connect with new cultures!

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $237,500 and $380,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
