We’re searching for innovative learning professionals with experience and a passion for developing scalable learning solutions that are learner-experience centric to join our dynamic and highly collaborative team.
We are looking for an experienced business professional to serve as Global Learning & Development Partner focused on Inclusion & Diversity. In this role, you are responsible for designing, developing, and delivering programs to cultivate and embed an inclusive and diverse culture across all of Palo Alto Networks. You will have a deep understanding of and passion for creating an environment where everyone is able to fully express themselves and apply their talents to advance our mission, bring their whole self to work, and drive their personal and professional growth—a culture of belonging for all Palo Alto Networks.
Your Impact
Provide thought leadership and standard methodologies in the Inclusion & Diversity and Leadership Development spacesDesign, develop, pilot, and deliver DEI and Leadership Development programs—including on-demand learning resources as well as facilitated sessionsEnhance existing programs and solutions by infusing messages that influence and drive a culture of belongingManage end-to-end L&D program lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution, participant experience, evaluation, to ongoing maintenance and continuous improvementAnalyze program data to provide insights and ensure effectivenessPartner closely with our Global Inclusion & Diversity team, participants’ managers, business leaders, HR teams, especially HR Business PartnersFoster relationships with multiple Employee Network Groups, ensuring their specific learning needs are supportedBuild and maintain relationships with cross-functional partners throughout Palo Alto Networks, including other DEI practitioners throughout the organizationEffectively manage vendors who may support aspects of the programs Qualifications Your Experience
7+ years of experience in designing, developing and delivering learning and leadership development solutions in a dynamic environmentExperience in developing, delivering and managing Inclusion & Diversity initiatives in a multinational organizationExperience in facilitation and instruction, especially as it relates to discussions and learning around diversity, equity, and inclusionExtensive experience designing/developing blended learning (e-Learning, in-person, mentoring, OJL, etc.)Experience managing all aspects of a program including curating and creating a series of developmental experiences designed to engage and develop diverse talentExperience developing new online and blended courses, and designing metrics and evaluating the impactExtensive experience leading complex L&D projectsExcellent communication, collaboration, organizational and time management skillsStrong attention to detail with the ability to flex to the strategic levelExperience working consultatively with senior partners in a fast-paced, high-touch & high-tech environment, primarily focused on learning and developmentAbility to work with minimal supervisionExperience working with graduates/early in career a bonus Additional Information The Team

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be between $110,300/yr to $178,400/yr. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
